Personal Experience

Brian has been practicing law for over 30 years and restricts his practice to Criminal Law.
He did his undergraduate work at York University. He graduated from Windsor law school with a bachelor of laws in 1985 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1987. He has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, including Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He also has experience as a Crown Attorney with the Criminal Law Division. He has represented thousands of clients over the course of his career and has specialized in defending impaired driving related offences. His work finds him regularly before the court throughout the province defending charges at trial. He also contributes to educating the public and his peers through lecturing at seminars and media appearances, where he is frequently called upon to provide opinions on high profile cases and the law relating to impaired driving.
