Personal Experience

Robert Wulkan is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who, following his call to the bar, has practiced exclusively in the area of criminal defence. He has successfully represented clients at both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice against a variety of charges, including impaired driving, sexual assault and drug offences. Robert’s practice spans across large parts of central and southern Ontario, including regular appearances in Toronto, St. Catharines, Brampton, Milton, Guelph, Orangeville, Kitchener, Newmarket, Oshawa, Walkerton, and Owen Sound.

Robert received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 2009 and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2013. During his legal studies he was an active caseworker at the Community Legal Services clinic where he represented individuals on their criminal and provincial offences matters in court.

Robert is a proud member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association. He is a dedicated professional who firmly believes in defending the rights of the accused.
